Components

Component 1
Efficient and reliable management and co-ordination system handling the administration of the project including an overall supervision and proactive measures to ensure that tasks are completed on time. Lead Partner will put in place the necessary administrative and financial management procedures required for smooth operation.

Component 2
Assessment, compilation and structuring of information, as well as desk and field research of policies, strategies, programs and initiatives on the available and prospective financing instruments in the participating regions.

Component 3
Formulating a model strategy with a particular attention to public and regional early-stage financing programs, financial tools, and the private-public partnership realized in seed finance using the collected and evaluated EU-relevant good practices.

Component 4
Partners with no experience in seed capital financing conduct a regional feasibility analysis in order to draw up regional models for successful establishment and operation of seed capital funds. Innovative early-stage financing models will be developed in order to be integrated to the relevant regional innovation/development strategies.

Component 5
Dissemination of regional feasibility studies and innovative financing models among the actors working in the field of early-stage financing in order to utilize these outputs with the respect of creation of regional seed capital funds and integration of early-stage financing policies to the regional innovation strategies.
